Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information

In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been fulfilled. The procedures and methods are as follows.

Destruction Procedure
  • After the purpose for which the information was collected has been fulfilled, the information is transferred to a separate database (or a separate filing cabinet in the case of paper records), retained for a specified period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations (see Retention and Use Period), and then destroyed.
  • The retained personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the purpose for which it is retained, except as required by law.
Destruction Method
